Rugratz Retreat Early Learning Centre (Blackburn) - Guardian Early Learning Group


We are looking for Casual Certificate III qualified Assistants to come and join our fantastic team in Blackburn.  


The Centre

At our 62-place centre children are given the opportunity to choose different indoor and outdoor experiences. With three rooms filled with resources, a unique Curriculum, and large outdoor space with vegetable garden, worm farm and plenty of places to explore, this centre is an exciting place to grow in your career.


About you

We are looking for someone who meets most of the following criteria:


  • Completed Certificate III in Children's Services
  • Nominated/Certified Supervisor Certificate
  • Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma & Anaphylaxis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture with our centre
  • Current Blue Card
