This role offers you the opportunity to become a Diploma or Certificate lll Educator at one of our incredible child care and early learning centres. The Centre

Conveniently located near both Victoria Road and Ryde Aquatic Centre, and situated close to public transport, this 90-place centre offers varied, fun and interesting learning experiences tailored to the individual interests of each child. Work alongside our team of passionate educators and Centre Manager in beautiful learning spaces which include an architecturally-designed outdoor area and inspiring indoor environments.

As a Diploma or Certificate 3 Assistant, you will work with other educators to:

  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community
  • Ensure compliance with the National Law and National Regulations
  • Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum
  • Document children's learning and development

The Candidate

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

  • Completed Diploma or Certificate lll in Children's Services along with sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, for your families and for your Educator colleagues
