Tiggers ELC is set in a lovely converted home, this 88-place centre boasts a huge outdoor space complete with cycling track, gardens and plenty of well-shaded areas. The cosy, resource-rich interiors and team of professional educators will provide endless inspiration in your own pedagogical practice.

Guardian Early Learning Group is a community of early childhood professionals dedicated to the care and education of young children through the early years. 

The Role:

We are looking for Certificate III qualified assistants to come and join our fantastic team at our Tiggers Childcare Centre and Kindergarten. We believe in treating children as individuals, and encourage them to create their own learning experiences under the guidance of our Educators. We are looking for dedicated Educators who are willing to try new things and think outside the box.

Casual to permanent opportunities will be available for suitable candidates.

 What you need to be successful

  • Completed Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services
  • Previous experience in the Early Years Sector
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Current Working with Children's check
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the Centre for children, for your families and for your Educator colleagues.
